Do not use this company! This company is the FUCKING WORST COMPANY EVER! ABSOLUTELY FUCKING HORRIBLE! Do not be fooled by the low prices! They lure you in for NOTHING. Absolutely nothing. They LIE about orders, shipping etc.
I first ordered on Oct 29 and today is Dec 13, and I have still received absolutely nothing! I have received little to NO RESPONSE from the company. What's up with never answering the phone? Not answering emails and instant messages? They put me on hold but never get back to me! I have tried contacting them on the daily and I never get any response back! I always get ignored by this company and I WILL sue your asses off for charging my credit card and not giving me my shit! Fast turn around? My ass! It's been over a fucking month.
But wait, thanks for getting my fucking hopes up! 2 weeks ago I FINALLY got a response from this company, informally responding to me through instant messages about my billing info. Apparently it did not go through? MY ASS, set your shit up right and it would go through! Then, they tell me that they'll send it that Monday, but wait! I STILL HAVEN'T received it yet! So I contact them again for a whole fucking week and I never got a response back until I told them I'd sue their fucking asses off, then finally. The response was that they'd give me back my money and send it as soon as possible.
WHAT?? THEY NEVER SENT IT IN THE FIRST PLACE! Way to fucking go bitches! I was given a tracking number for my package but it has only been electronically notified! WAY TO BE FUCKING CHEAP ASSHOLES THAT DON'T SEND OUT SHIT! I STILL HAVE NOT received my refund back and I WILL sue your asses off.
I have been completely ruined BY THIS COMPANY because they ruined my fucking event that I had planned in advance for MONTHS. Thanks a lot for nothing bitches!

I don't know how you can honestly say that, because I loved working with them. They helped me with ordering, made sure my art looked great, got them to be before my deadline and were a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They just launched a new site and are offering everyone a 15% discount with the promo code winter0708.
I would give them a 5/5. Clearly Madalyn would, too.
